Made the traditional way, Our Organic Fusilli is crafted from high-quality organic durum wheat, tomato and spinach. The delicious natural flavour and unique texture are the results of an artisanal process where pasta is bronze extruded and slowly dried at low temperatures. Quick and easy to cook, the twists and spirals of fusilli are perfect for holding tomato or pesto based sauces.

Our Organic Fusilli with Tomato & Spinach is made following a traditional artisanal process. The pasta dough is bronze extruded (pressed through a bronze mould) and slowly dried over 30+ hours. This process creates a rougher texture that ‘holds’ sauce for the perfect al-dente bite.

No GMO. No added starch, vegetable gum or preservatives. Suitable for vegan diets.
