Our Organic Fusilli with Tomato & Spinach is made following a traditional artisanal process. The pasta dough is bronze extruded (pressed through a bronze mould) and slowly dried over 30+ hours. This process creates a rougher texture that ‘holds’ sauce for the perfect al-dente bite.
